DESCRIPTION:Join Perennia for Virtual Field Days! \nDue to the COVID-19 pandemic\, we’ve all had to make adjustments\, and Perennia’s field days are no exception!  Join Perennia for Virtual Field Days September 8\, 9 and 10. Participate in the online sessions at noon (ADT) each day to hear about research trials\, updates on insects\, pests and weeds\, discuss production systems and much more. Each session will include Perennia Crop Specialists\, along with researchers and producers. \n\nThursday\, September 10\, NOON Weed Management (REGISTER HERE)\n\nWild Blueberry Specialist Hugh Lyu discusses the major weed species in wild blueberries\nTree Fruit Specialist Michelle Cortens talks about weed identification in apple production\nManager of Horticulture Jennifer Haverstock and Gavin Graham\, Weed Management Specialist with the New Brunswick Department of Agriculture\, discuss weed management in strawberries and a demo trial highlighting the opportunity of fall herbicide application.
