Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and partners are hosting a half-day workshop “Change the Channel” on Tuesday, March 26 in Truro. The program includes information on food trends, lessons learned, and opportunities for farmers and small food companies interested in growing their sales and exploring alternatives to traditional retail (food service, institutions, farmers markets, direct to consumer, etc.).

The workshop will be held at the Best Western Glengarry on Willow Street from 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. and the cost is only $30 ($22.50 for members of Food and Beverage Atlantic).
